What a beautiful day it was again! Early in the morning-like 5:00, there were fishermen already heading out onto Lake Florida! It’s kind of an eerie sound to here the ice augers when it’s so black out! We went for a walk in the morning to check out the lake and neighbors. In the afternoon we went to a family gathering over at Lake Andrew and celebrated my great aunt Hazel’s 90.5 birthday! When we came home Bob headed for Spicer where they were having an ice boat regatta on Green Lake. Quite different from the rugged homemade ice boat Roger Steele made when they were kids! A great day!
What a beautiful site to see the moon that was rising over Green Lake yesterday setting at Lake Florida this morning! Yesterday the clouds got in the way so this was a real treat!
